For Users/Visitors:

1. Register, Log in, Log out
2. Write an article, Select Category
3. Integrated fckeditor for editing articles
4. Modify, Delete and Change category of the article which is written by the poster
5. Make comment on an existing article
6. Edit profile(including password and email)
7. Search articles

Administrators:

1. Login at administrator control panel“../admin/ “
2. Approve/Change if an article can be listed on the Index page.
3. Modify, delete and change category of any article
4. User Management- View and Delete users

Email Features:

1. Send User Registration confirmation after register
2. Send User Profile edited confirmation after editing the profile.
3. Send Poster confirmation after post an article
4. Send Poster notification if someone post a comment on his article
5. Send Administrator notification when an article is post, ask him to approve it to be shown on index.
   

Special Features:
Ajax technology (Javascripts,XML) for register.php, it can check if a username is exist without submitting or refreshing
